  Fixes a reflected XSS, adds CSRF protection, and scopes Manager permission to own queues; fixes an invalid DATETIME column type in the package schema (use DATE, matching Znuny's own core schema convention). Rebuilds the admin error banner as a proper Frontend::NotifyModule (was a custom Output::FilterContent banner, silently overridden by core's .MessageBox.Error styling) - now uses $LayoutObject->Notify() directly, the same mechanism as core's Out-of-Office/SystemMaintenance banners. Registers the existing 227-assertion unit test suite (TicketScheduler.t, TicketSchedulerSimulation.t) in the package Filelist for the first time - it previously existed in the repo but was never installed/run as part of the shipped package. All ported forward from the 6.5.x/7.0.x/7.1.x lines.
