    Rework header integration: native Znuny menu stays fully intact, only the avatar shows photo/name/status, and the hover card takes over profile/settings/logout once connected. Keep MSAL's silent token renewal working under CSP and surface silent disconnects with a Reconnect notification. Rebuild the Customer Information widget on Znuny 7.3.1's native structure. Restyle Collaboration's own notifications to match native Znuny 7.3 notifications. Fix four authorization gaps and reduce PII exposure in AgentCollaborationAJAX.
